Payment Terms
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required upon engagement, following the consultation call. This deposit secures our planning services and allows us to begin crafting your personalized itinerary.
- Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due prior to the release of the final itinerary.
- Booking Payments: Any bookings we facilitate on your behalf, such as hotels, tours, or activities, must be paid upfront.
Cancellation Policy
- Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the time and effort involved in planning and organizing your travel itinerary.
- Cancellation Charges: In the event that your trip is cancelled, an additional 20% of the total trip cost will be billable for each day that was planned. This fee covers the extensive planning and coordination efforts that have already been completed.
Responsibilities and Limitations
- Scheduling and Confirmations: While we provide recommendations and facilitate bookings, it is your responsibility to confirm all schedules, flights, timetables, cancellations, and reservations with the respective service providers.
- Third-Party Services: Atlas and Wander does not manage or operate any tours, restaurants, hotels, or other services. We are not responsible for any changes, cancellations, or issues that may arise with third-party services.
- 24-Hour Assistance: We do not offer 24-hour assistance while you are on your trip. Although we provide comprehensive planning and support leading up to your departure, we are not travel agents and do not provide personal management of tour operations or other services during your trip.
Liability
Atlas and Wander is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience resulting from changes or cancellations made by third-party providers. Our role is to offer planning and advisory services; therefore, any issues that arise must be addressed directly with the respective service providers.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of both Australia and the United States. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in your home country.
Amendments
Atlas and Wander reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
