Consultation

Once we receive your email, we will arrange a quick phone call where we will discuss in more detail what type of trip you are envisioning, your preferred travel style, your budget, and any other preferences you may have. This means we can really get to know exactly what you would like.

From here, we will advise by email of our service fees by email and payment can be taken once you are happy with this.

The Planning Begins

We then begin! We will collaborate with our trusted partners from around the world and using our airline reservation system to assist in selecting your exact travel requirements.

Once we have all the information and costs, we will send your itinerary and together we will work through the various destinations, accommodations, tours, and experiences to determine the best options for you.

Get Everything Booked

Once your itinerary is designed to your liking, we will collect a deposit and begin the booking process to secure reservations. We will finalize the details of your itinerary with any special requests and added amenities that may be offered based on your destination.

You will receive your payment receipts and confirmations within a few days of all reservations being locked in.

What are your opening hours?

We are open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Do you have face to face personal appointments?

Yes we have our lovely Berwick office where we have personal appointments on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and we can arrange appointments subject to availability.

Why do we need to make an appointment?

We have lots of clients to look after and we need to firstly ensure that we are servicing their needs as our number one priority. By making an appointment, this gives us the time and attention for you to listen and understand your requirements. This way you are not rushed and assured of our absolute full attention.

What are your service fees?

The fees range dependent on how complex the itinerary is. The standard itinerary planning fee for a package with accommodation and transport is from $250 and this is redeemable against your booking. We do charge service fees to book flights which we can advise at the time of your email/call. We do not charge fees for cruise, tours or hotel reservations alone. We pride ourselves on our high level of service and attention and our fees reflect that.

Are you more expensive than booking online?

Sometimes more expensive, other times the same or sometimes less! It really varies on what you book. We do not profess to be cheaper OR match any quote as we believe in our quality and service, and we will not compromise on that. Our clients are always happy, and we always ensure that our value for money remains a top priority. Often money can be saved as we have access to wholesale rates that are not available to the public due to our great contracts.

Do you accept payment by AMEX points?

Absolutely we can!

What if I need help with my trip outside of office hours?

Once you have made a confirmed booking with us, we do provide an emergency contact number which is direct to us. Our service doesn’t end once you have booked, we are on hand to help when it is needed.
