Choosing the right hotel for your trip to Santorini is important. When we last travelled there, we stayed at the stunning Radisson Blu Zaffron in Kamari.
Kamari is a little further our of the major “tourist spots” (Oia & Fira), but allows for easier parking, less crowds & each access to the beach!
During our stay at the Radisson Blu Zaffron Santorini, we had the pleasure of staying in a spacious and luxurious room that quickly became our perfect sanctuary. The room, designed with elegance and comfort in mind, led directly out to the stunning pool area, creating an effortless blend of indoor and outdoor living.

Our stay at the Radisson Blu Zaffron Santorini included a half-board experience, offering us breakfast and dinner each day. Every meal was an absolute delight, with the menu changing nightly to keep our dining experience fresh and exciting.
Breakfast was a buffet-style feast, featuring a vast selection of fresh local fruits, delicious pastries, and hot dishes that catered to every taste. We enjoyed our mornings sitting outside in the sun, overlooking the pool while the sound of running water made breakfast a relaxing and enjoyable start to the day.
Dinner at the hotel was equally impressive. The main restaurant, Belloni Trattoria, provided us with varied dishes each night, including Italian specialties like pizza and pasta. The highlight of our dining experience was at Zeffirino Ristorante, a family-owned restaurant founded in 1939 in Genoa, Italy. We were treated to a burrata salad, dressed to perfection in front of us, followed by their specialty pesto pasta, a family recipe blessed by the Pope. The storytelling and the performance of serving the pasta added a unique touch to our meal, making it an unforgettable experience.
Overall, our meals at Radisson Blu Zaffron Santorini were consistently excellent. The variety and quality of the food, combined with the beautiful settings and impeccable service, made dining at the hotel a highlight of our stay. While the hotel is not located directly on the beach, it’s just a short walk away. There’s a private beach area roped off for hotel guests, offering a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the sea.
